Living in a leasehold flat
We recognise that living in a leasehold flat can be challenging. Having spent a lot of money on the purchase of your flat, you are then told that it is not yours and there are numerous restrictions on what you can do and additional payments to be made.

If you are having problems with noisy neighbours there is little that we can do as your Managing Agent. The best port of call is to approach your local council’s Environmental Health department. Generally, they will require you to keep a log of the noise including dates and details.
Out of Hours
At SPL Property Management, our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If you need to reach us outside of these hours please e-mail us at email@example.com or use our contact form above.
In the event of an emergency please call us on 01202 555560. Our answerphone will give details of the current emergency contact who will be able to deal with your issue. Please note that this is for emergencies only and any costs of a call out are the responsibility of the caller until it can be determined otherwise.
In the event of loss of power, please first check with your neighbours. This will indicate whether the issue is with your property or part of a larger power cut. If it is a larger power cut you will need to contact the Electric Board for more information on power being restored. SSE also provide a tracking service for any power cuts for areas they serve, including all BH postcodes.
If you smell gas please contact the Gas Board on 0800 111 999.
